Backhoe Leasing

Do You Need To Lease a Backhoe?

Backhoe Leasing is available for the all the following types and models of backhoe tractors and related accessories: tractor backhoe, mini backhoe, Backhoe accessories, backhoe forks, backhoe bucket, backhoe blade, backhoe broom, backhoe auger, backhoe hammer, backhoe compactor, backhoe loader, back hoe, loader backhoe, cat backhoe. Makes include Case, Caterpillar, Ford, JCB, John Deere, Komatsu, New Holland, Sky Trak, Takeuchi, Terex, Terramite, Volvo, Yanmar.

Leasing is available for both new and used backhoe and backhoe related equipment. Because these assets tend to have a long useful life, used backhoe equipment can still secure great leasing rates compared to other types of used equipment.

Most operators requiring a backhoe lease sign up for a capital leasing program due to the fact that they intend to purchase the unit at the end of the leasing term. Capital leases provide the lowest possible financing costs for construction equipment leases because their is nothing built into them to offset the leasing company’s risk that may be associated with having to dispose or liquidate the equipment that gets given back to them at the end of a lease term.

Get an Equipment Lease That Meets Your Needs

Used backhoes can be purchased from both vendors and private sellers. When a private seller is involved, the title of the equipment needs to be checked to make sure there is nothing registered against it and that a free title can be made available to the leasing company. If there are any registrations from previous loans, leases, or other claims against the owner, signed waivers will need to be collected from the identified parties stating that everything has been paid in full.

If you are looking at a private sale, we’ll manage this title verification process for you. While it may take some extra time to complete compared to a vendor sale, a few extra days may be well worth it if you can get a great deal.

The only thing I would add to this process would be for you to let us do the back ground check before you purchase the asset for a couple of reasons. First, we won’t be able to set up leasing for you if there are outstanding liens in place that can’t be removed. Second, you don’t want to be purchasing anything with outstanding liens because the outstanding liability could end up impacting you directly.

Regardless of whether you’re looking for new or used backhoe equipment, please give us a call so we can quickly assess your situation and provide you with the best available leasing options to consider.
